Collaboration is vital for complex upgrade programs

After successfully completing HVAC and Fire upgrades at over 70 TAFE NSW campuses throughout NSW in 2023, the Precise Air and Precise Fire teams have begun work on the next phase of upgrades to over 48 campuses. The success of these projects can be attributed to meticulous control over program planning, project and site management, and procurement. By fostering collaborative relationships with our regional and remote SME subcontractors, we’ve ensured a consistently high-quality delivery of upgrade services across all locations, overcoming distance and logistical challenges. “Partnering with Precise Air Group has been vital in optimising the performance of our assets and driving energy savings,” said Sean McKeon, Investment Program Director ARP, TAFE Infrastructure NSW. “This collaboration has also ensured that upgrades to critical equipment are programmed to avoid disruption and support educational delivery”. These experiences and relationships have proven instrumental in transitioning into the maintenance services contract (including mechanical, fire, electrical) that is being delivered across all TAFE NSW campuses throughout the State. Harnessing Technology to Improve Hazard Reduction

Harnessing Technology to Improve Hazard Reduction

By harnessing technology, Precise Air’s HESQ and Operations teams devised an online hazard reporting system that overcomes the challenges of traditional hazard reporting. A lack of transparency, tracking, engagement and reporting often results in an elevated risk profile for clients and property owners because of the potential impact on safety, site uptime, critical infrastructure lifecycle and asset ratings. By repurposing Linksafe’s hazard ID module, the team has empowered our employees to report hazards, resulting in improved hazard identification and closing the loop for Facility Managers through a formal tracking, reporting and resolution process.
