It was also a pleasure to meet Craig Layer and Riley Layer from Ungooroo. Through the Barranggirra program, Ungooroo and Aboriginal mentoring organisations around NSW will offer ongoing mentoring and cultural support to our apprentices, ensuring a strong foundation for success. Thank you also to John Bailey for his leadership and guidance in helping us create a welcoming environment for our new apprentices as they begin their careers with Precise Air. To all of our apprentices, we’re excited to support your growth and providing the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help them thrive in their careers.

We’re excited to celebrate ten years of our Gold Coast branch, made possible by a dedicated local team. Early on we understood the importance of having “locals servicing locals”. Positioning our labour locally has resulting in lasting partnerships within the Education, Health, Government, Commercial and Retail Sectors, with many relationships as old as the Branch. We now have a team of over 32, and our service capabilities have grown alongside the team underpinned by a State and National structure offering a full range of maintenance, reactive and minor works capability for the Gold Coast Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. “Our team’s commitment, location and expertise have been the driving force behind a decade of success on the Gold Coast – thank you for making this branch successful” David Ross, General Manager Precise Air – QLD/NT Locals servicing locals. This week, Griffith University students visited Precise Air’s team at The Oasis Shopping Centre as part of their Oasis Sustainability Project, where they learned first hand about innovative solutions driving sustainability. Organised by Knight Frank’s Associate Director, Project Management, Sarah Thorne and The Oasis Marketing Manager Peta Cotterill, Precise Air’s Minor Works Manager Stuart Gatland educated the students about the new Fujitsu General Australia Airstage chillers and discovered how these systems are playing a key role in reducing the environmental footprint of the Centre on the Gold Coast. The Oasis Sustainability Project is a comprehensive initiative that includes lighting improvements and a new building management system, showcasing the importance of integrating leading-edge technology to minimise environmental impact. It was fantastic to see the next generation of sustainability champions engaging with these technologies and understanding their critical role in building a greener future.
