Championing diversity in HVAC&R, three of our senior leaders Biljana Stevanovic (Engineering Manager), Li Liu (Estimation Manager), and Melinda Sutcliffe, (General Manager People & Culture) recently attended the annual Women in HVAC&R Summit in Sydney.

Hosted by the Women of AIRAH team, this event highlights the involvement of women and gender diverse professionals in Australia’s HVAC&R industry.

The summit featured engaging presentations from industry leaders, covering topics such as women in leadership, career progression in HVAC&R, and building inclusive workplaces. It was a valuable opportunity for our team to connect with peers, gain insights, and represent Precise.
