At Precise Air’s Construction Division, we boast an in-house design and engineering capability crucial for the seamless execution of intricate projects such as hospitals, schools, and multipurpose facilities. Our team comprises seasoned senior design engineers, estimators, compliance experts, project managers, and site managers equipped with the highest level of expertise necessary for both greenfield and brownfield projects.
With this robust team in place, we possess the skills, experience, and knowledge to shepherd projects through the entire lifecycle. From conceptual engineering design that seamlessly integrates energy-efficient technologies, smart building systems, and sustainable practices to meticulous estimation, adept project management, precise installation, and efficient commissioning, we ensure excellence at every stage.
We eagerly anticipate participating in a host of compelling new projects this year, showcasing our HVAC engineering and construction capabilities and contributing to raising awareness of our proficiency in the industry.

We’re excited to announce that our PAAP program has won the TAFE NSW Gili Industry Partnership Award! The Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP) program is in it’s 3rd year and is a fantastic collaboration between Precise Air, TAFE NSW and NSW Police, providing educational and employment opportunities in the HVAC industry. It’s help us raise the overall participation rate of First Nations employees in Precise to almost 4%, and represents 19% of our apprentice cohort. Certainly something for us to celebrate in Reconciliation Week! Gili (pronounced ‘kill-ee’) is an Eora word meaning ‘to shine’. The Gili Awards celebrate the achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and TAFE NSW employees, as well as innovative programs that aim to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities. Special thanks to the Precise Air team, TAFE NSW’s Sharon Taylor, Emma McDonald and Gary Jarret, and NSW Police Superintendent Scott Tanner APM.
