Delivering on a winning fitout

Precise Air was proud to partner with Mastercard and award-winning builder SHAPE on the Mastercard Stage 2 Office Fitout project in Sydney. The project brought together a highly experienced delivery team to create the next stage of Mastercard’s workplace, with Precise Air responsible for the mechanical services upgrade. Close coordination between the client, builder and specialist contractors was essential to align the services works with the broader fitout program and support a high-quality finished environment.

The quality of the completed project was recognised when SHAPE’s team won the NSW Master Builders Association Best Interior Fitout Award in the $8–15 million category. This industry recognition highlights the standard of execution achieved across the fitout and reflects the contribution of the wider project team in delivering a coordinated, high-quality workplace for Mastercard.

The challenge and solution

The project was delivered under an accelerated program within a live environment, requiring a carefully planned and responsive approach. All works needed to be completed with minimal disruption to Mastercard occupants while maintaining safe access and supporting normal workplace activity. Precise Air coordinated the mechanical services upgrade with the broader fitout sequence, managing activities around the compressed schedule and occupied conditions.
