High Efficiency Equipment Upgrade

Precise Air Group recently completed an upgrade for a leading technology company over five levels of commercial office space. The newly refurbished office was designed primarily as an open plan, flexible office workspace with intertenancy stairs connecting each floor.

The installation included high efficiency equipment including Grundfos Condenser water pumps, extensive copper piping, Stulz InRow Coolers, Schneider Electric CRAC units, VRF systems, and dedicated backup AC units, ensuring redundancy and reliability. Diesel flues and dedicated ventilation was installed in the basement.

Equipment included specialised 33kW InRow coolers servicing the showroom, critical server infrastructure and emergency room, specialised 3 x 66kW CRAC unit in computer rooms, and a generator and UPS backup vital to their operations.
