Mechanical upgrades for a Connected project

Precise Air was contracted by SHAPE to provide the mechanical services installation for an offices consolidation project.

Our client's aim was to consolidate their Sydney based operations to an existing office in St Leonards, with minimal disruption to operations within the St Leonards office.

As the office was in constant use, Precise Air had to programme works so that there was no disruption to the live working environment.

This was achieved by staging the programme and completing any noisy works and shut downs after hours.

Precise Air completed the $3m mechanical services installation working within these tight operational constraints and installation programme.

The scope of works included:

• design verification

• programming

• removal and replacement of existing

  systems

• installation of CRAC units

• testing and commissioning.
