One of Sydney’s premier A Grade buildings, 175 Liverpool Street comprises ground floor retail and 28 levels of commercial office space with a net lettable area of 46,423sqm.
Precise Air has been providing HVAC service and energy efficient upgrades to 175 Liverpool St since 2010.
During the design phase, Precise Air’s construction team provide buildability advice to achieve NABERS targets in the most cost-effective way.
This ranges from determining practical modifications to base building to suit the flexible floor plates and tenancy requirements, to the most cost-effective and efficient equipment and BMS.
As en example, one of our major projects was completed in four stages:
High rise upgrade which including installing new induction units, new VAV boxes and recommissioning of the upper 14 floors
Low rise upgrade consisting of replacing the multi level AHU with on floor AHUs and perimeter AHUs to the lower 14 floors
BMS upgrade to the entire building and removal of pneumatic equipment
Mid rise plant relocation adding in two new floors where the existing mid rise plant was located and relocating all plant to the roof, constructing a new chilled water central plant system and associated works.
