This week Dan Campbell and the NSW team officially welcomed some of our newest Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP) students into their apprenticeships.
This milestone was celebrated with the support of Sharon Taylor and Emma McDonald from the TAFE NSW Aboriginal Education and Engagement team, who will be providing guidance and educational support to the students as they begin their TAFE journey.
It was also a pleasure to meet Craig Layer and Riley Layer from Ungooroo. Through the Barranggirra program, Ungooroo and Aboriginal mentoring organisations around NSW will offer ongoing mentoring and cultural support to our apprentices, ensuring a strong foundation for success. Thank you also to John Bailey for his leadership and guidance in helping us create a welcoming environment for our new apprentices as they begin their careers with Precise Air.
To all of our apprentices, we’re excited to support your growth and providing the training, mentorship, and opportunities to help them thrive in their careers.
At the heart of the Precise’s Career Pathways Program is LEAD—a leadership development program designed to build the skills, behaviours and confidence needed to lead effectively in our organisation.
