ESG

Social impact with purpose

Our people programs and community partnerships are designed to support equity and inclusion inside our organisation and more broadly in the communities we serve.

We’re creating stronger foundations for long-term social value through initiatives such as the Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP), our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), the promotion of mental and physical health and wellbeing, and support for registered charities and grassroots sporting clubs.

Our commitment to fostering rich relationships

At Precise Air Group, we are increasingly aware of our responsibilities and the impact of our decisions in creating opportunities for reconciliation within the communities in which we operate.

Since 2016 we have implemented a number of initiatives that support targeted Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment, education and business. These include:

  • Targeted cadetships and apprenticeships through Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways (PAAP) program in collaboration with TAFE NSW’s Aboriginal Education and Engagement team, NSW Police and Barrangirra

  • Supply Nation membership.

Precise Air Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

Our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) reflects our commitment and approach to reconciliation

We recognise that respect is the foundation of reconciliation, and thus requires an understanding and acceptance of shared histories, diversity of ideas and approaches, and cultures.

By developing this RAP, as an integral component of our broader Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy, we will formalise and focus how we engage with, and support, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and businesses to truly embed initiatives throughout the organisation.
