The $1 Billion Westmead Hospital Precinct redevelopment will upgrade facilities to deliver crucial emergency and medical services to one of the fastest growing populations in Australia. The redevelopment includes:

• The refurbishment of 30% of the existing Westmead Hospital

• A $95m refurbishment of The Children’s Hospital.

• The Children’s Hospital - Close Observation Unit - $465k

• Finance Milestone 1 - $540k

• IPU Milestone 2 - $300k

• Audiology and ENT - $270k

Works across the projects include: AHUs and fan coil chilled water units; Standby Operation Room fans and VAVs; isolation rooms fan coil units and ducts; BMS.
