Precise Air’s Victorian branch is proud to have been awarded the HVAC contract for the GMHBA Stadium in Geelong, expanding on our portfolio of premium entertainment precinct facilities.
Jamie Guppy from the Kardinia Park Stadium Trust (KPST), which manages GMHBA Stadium, said “the KPST is very excited to be partnering with Precise Air on the stadium’s HVAC contract.”
GMHBA Stadium is Australia's premier regional stadium and is the largest stadium outside the major capital cities. Sam La Rocca, Precise Air’s Director - National Sales explained that “we’re excited to use the experience we have developed managing asset performance for entertainment precincts, like the Australian Turf Club and Essendon Football Club, to help KPST deliver comfortable, reliable conditions that support the demands of a stadium, from game days to large-scale events.”
Delivering HVAC solutions in a live stadium environment brings a unique set of challenges. With tens of thousands of fans gathering for major events, conditions can change rapidly, from fluctuating occupancy loads to tight event timelines, and the expectation is always seamless comfort and reliability.
For GMHBA Stadium, our focus is on ensuring optimal performance when it matters most. Precise Air understands the critical nature of stadium operations and works alongside the facility team. One of the key strengths of this partnership is the ability to prepare for the seasonal demands of major events.
We look forward to delivering high-quality asset performance and contributing to the ongoing success of this world-class facility.
