Precise Air awarded Meadowbank Central development Design and Construct

We are delighted to announce that Precise Air’s Construction division has been awarded the Design and Construct mechanical services contract for Railway Meadowbank Central development in Sydney. The integrated, mixed-use precinct is being delivered by Buildcorp.

Situated on a 7,800 sqm site next to Meadowbank Station and the Meadowbank Education Precinct, it will provide Meadowbank with:

• 4,243 sqm of commercial space
• 133 premium residential apartments
• 162 co-living residences.

Precise Air Construction will deliver a fully integrated mechanical services solution that has a strong focus on innovation and quality. Our scope includes the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems that will ensure optimal comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability across all components of the development.

Our engineering team are currently working on the design phase, with full completion targeted for May 2026.
