We are excited to announce the launch our new LEAD program attended by our first cohort of people managers from across the country.
Spanning 8 months, the LEAD program features 8 modules designed to facilitate knowledge transfer, drive sustainable change, and develop core leadership behaviours that enhance engagement and productivity.
Developed in-house by our People and Culture team, this program is tailored to our unique culture, values, and goals, fostering a sense of ownership and commitment among participants.
As the first program within the Precise Academy, LEAD represents our commitment to creating a learning and development environment specifically designed for our needs.
We look forward to seeing our team members apply their new skills and share their experiences at the next session in May.
The Precise Air group of companies’ operations in the West continue to expand with the extension of our Harvey Norman contract across Western Australia.
