National Safe Work Month – the ideal time for online learning

Our National HSEQ team rolled out online training courses in conjunction with National Safe Work Month this year using Zoom and Litmos, our online learning management system.

One of the silver linings from COVID has been how easily we have been able to shift our training online and keep our teams up to date with changes affecting the way we work.

Employees took the opportunity to update their skills in:

• Contractor Onboarding and Compliance
• How to run Toolbox Meetings
• Hazard Recording
• Developing SWMS.

We also released updated versions of the Litmos COVID-19 Safety at Work and Health and Wellbeing courses via our LMS, providing hundreds of employees with the most up to date information about how to keep themselves, our clients and the community safe throughout the pandemic.
