Introducing Alex Hadigol – GM Construction

We are excited to introduce you to Alex Hadigol, Precise Air’s General Manager – Construction.

Graduating as a mechanical engineer, Alex spent the first ten years of his career working as a design engineer and project manager for companies that provide a total service package, from HVAC and BMS, through to electrical, fire and hydraulics.

This has given Alex a big picture view of the vital importance of the connectivity of services, both in the design and construction phases.

As Alex explains, “project managing a total service team meant that I was in charge of the design and delivery of all services. I’ve taken that understanding into my HVAC engineering projects, making it much simpler for me to design and coordinate HVAC installations with the builder and foresee any issues there may be with other services.”

“Being involved with the client at the initial stages of a project through an ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) framework gives us more opportunity to provide value engineering, delivering a design that is more efficient and effective,” Alex said. “It also helps to establish a collaborative environment with the builder, so that we are already to go as soon as they win the contract.”

Alex is enthusiastic about what he describes as a quality driven industry that is focused on building relationships between property owners, builders and the services.
