Delivering consistently high-quality, cost-effective services across diverse public facilities. Precise Air supports State Government departments and agencies with an integrated service model designed to deliver reliable outcomes across a large and varied property portfolio. From education and community facilities to emergency services and high-security sites, each location has distinct operational, compliance and occupant requirements. The program therefore demands consistent service standards, responsive delivery and the flexibility to tailor maintenance activities to each facility’s function.

### Our objective

Precise Air’s driving objective is to provide efficient, cost-effective and sustainable services that help State Government departments and agencies maintain safe, comfortable and dependable environments. This requires balancing day-to-day service needs with long-term asset performance, while ensuring that planned and reactive works are coordinated around the activities of each site and the people who rely on it.

### Integrated service delivery

Precise Air provides mechanical maintenance, fire services, indoor air quality services and ad hoc repairs across hundreds of public facilities throughout the state. Many of these properties operate continuously, perform critical public functions or have high-security requirements. The service model must therefore combine planned maintenance with responsive repairs, clear coordination and careful site access, helping essential facilities remain operational while supporting compliance, occupant comfort and asset reliability.

-   Schools, TAFEs and colleges, where services must be coordinated around teaching schedules and high daily occupancy;
    
-   Preschools and day care centres, which require dependable environmental conditions for younger occupants and staff;
    
-   Long- and short-term accommodation, where continuity, comfort and timely response directly affect residents;
    
-   Respite centres and disability services, where maintenance activities must be carefully planned around specialised care and accessibility needs;
    
-   Police, fire and ambulance stations, where mission-critical operations require responsive support and minimal interruption;
    
-   Courthouses, which may involve controlled access, security protocols and strict operational schedules;
    
-   Halls and community venues, where usage can vary significantly and services must support changing event and occupancy demands; and
    
-   Other public buildings, each with its own service priorities, operating conditions and stakeholder expectations.
