The $1 Billion Westmead Hospital Precinct redevelopment will upgrade facilities to deliver crucial emergency and medical services to one of the fastest growing populations in Australia. The redevelopment includes:

• a New Central Acute Services building
• the refurbishment of 30% of the existing Westmead Hospital
• a $95m refurbishment of The Children’s Hospital

Precise Air Group have been contracted by FDC to complete multiple fit out projects throughout the Precinct.
These include:

• Westmead Hospital Refurbishment Stage 2- $4.6m
• The Children’s Hospital – Close Observation Unit – $465k
• Finance Milestone 1 – $540k
• IPU Milestone 2 – $300k
• Audiology and ENT – $270k

Works across the projects include:

• AHUs and fan coil chilled water units
• Standby Operation Room fans and VAVs
• isolation rooms fan coil units and ducts
• BMS.
