Precise Air’s construction team completed a NABERS upgrade to this 30 year old building. Our Service team provides preventative maintenance and asset management, ensuring the building continues to meet its NABERS requirements.
A lead technician is based on site and is supported by the Service Manager, Account Manager, Service desk staff, support technicians and apprentices. Any issues are highlighted via the customer portal and managed via tablet technology.
The team provides a Precise Performance Management Plan that includes:
• Planned Preventative Maintenance, ad hoc mechanical servicing, essential services, and asset tracking and management
• on line, real-time reporting via Precise Air’s web portal and TSM software
• quarterly building tuning services to ensure that all NABERS targets continue to be met.
