# Reconciliation Week – An opportunity to reflect

28 May 2024

Reconciliation Week provides us all with an opportunity to promote reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians. It’s a time to reflect on our shared history, acknowledge the injustices of the past, and commit to building a better, more inclusive future.

As part of our ongoing commitment to reconciliation, we are sharing a short video showcasing the voices of our students reflecting on the PAAP (Precise Air Aboriginal Pathways program) that we ran last year with the teams from [TAFE NSW](https://www.linkedin.com/company/tafe-nsw/) and [Aboriginal Employment Strategy ltd](https://www.linkedin.com/company/aboriginal-employment-strategy-ltd/).

[Take a moment to watch the video](https://youtu.be/Li6oSQUkOVg?si=ZWj_Mulgghu4NQQt) and hear firsthand what the PAAP program meant to our students and how it is contributing to our journey towards reconciliation. It’s a powerful testament to the impact of education and community engagement in fostering understanding and respect.

Let’s continue to learn, listen, and work together towards a future of harmony and understanding.

Visit [Reconciliation Australia](https://www.linkedin.com/company/reconciliation-australia/) to find out how you can get involved.
