The session brought together AI experts, technology leaders, and property professionals to explore how agentic AI is improving workflows, decision-making and customer experiences across the property sector.

The panel highlighted the current state of AI, lessons from early adopters, and industry feedback on the use of AI, and discussions about how AI is evolving from a productivity tool into a true digital colleague. It was also an opportunity to share some of the next developments coming for Precise Connect and get feedback on those developments.

Mark’s participation reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation and sharing practical insights that help shape the future of technology in the built environment and is recognition of Precise as a thought leader in the future of building maintenance.
