_After successfully completing HVAC and Fire upgrades at over 70 TAFE NSW campuses throughout NSW in 2023, the Precise Air and Precise Fire teams have begun work on the next phase of upgrades to over 48 campuses._

_The success of these projects can be attributed to meticulous control over program planning, project and site management, and procurement. By fostering collaborative relationships with our regional and remote SME subcontractors, we’ve ensured a consistently high-quality delivery of upgrade services across all locations, overcoming distance and logistical challenges._

_“Partnering with Precise Air Group has been vital in optimising the performance of our assets and driving energy savings,” said Sean McKeon, Investment Program Director ARP, TAFE Infrastructure NSW. “This collaboration has also ensured that upgrades to critical equipment are programmed to avoid disruption and support educational delivery”._

_These experiences and relationships have proven instrumental in transitioning into the maintenance services contract (including mechanical, fire, electrical) that is being delivered across all TAFE NSW campuses throughout the State._
