Hosted by the Women of [AIRAH](https://www.airah.org.au/) team, this event highlights the involvement of women and gender diverse professionals in Australia’s HVAC&R industry. The summit featured engaging presentations from industry leaders, covering topics such as women in leadership, career progression in HVAC&R, and building inclusive workplaces. It was a valuable opportunity for our team to connect with peers, gain insights, and represent Precise.
