We’re pleased to welcome **Aidan Rice** to Precise Air as **General Manager – QLD/NT**.

With more than 23 years’ experience across building services and critical infrastructure, Aidan has worked in complex, high-performance environments including airports, healthcare facilities and defence sites. His expertise spans operational and commercial management, risk, safety and the delivery of reliable services in settings where continuity and compliance are essential.

Aidan brings a practical, customer-focused approach to leadership, with a strong commitment to building capable teams, strengthening partnerships and delivering consistent outcomes. In his role at Precise Air, he is focused on supporting sustainable growth while ensuring customers across the region continue to receive safe, responsive and dependable service.

Aidan steps into the role as David Ross prepares for his well-earned retirement. We look forward to the contribution he’ll make as we continue to strengthen our operations and support customers across Queensland and the Northern Territory.
