Congratulations to Precise Air’s Harleigh Turner, winner of the 2017 Chris Noble Apprentice of the Year Award.
Named in honour of one of Precise Air’s valued technicians, the Chris Noble Award recognises the efforts and character of outstanding apprentices and their exceptional display of Precise Air’s core values (People, Safety, Integrity, Customers) in their professional work and study.
28 apprentices across the Group were considered for this award that is sponsored by Actrol. It was due to an exceptional attitude and work ethic that Harleigh was chosen as the winner.
Harleigh started with The Group over 5 years ago, working as a trades assistant within Airgene. A few years ago Harleigh expressed an interest in moving over to Precise Air’s Sydney HVAC team to start his HVAC apprenticeship. Since commencing his apprenticeship, Harleigh has displayed an outstanding attitude to his customers, excellent attitude towards his work, and his technical and operational capability is unquestionable.
Callum Alexander received 2nd place in the Award. Callum is a breath of fresh air into the Western Australian business. He is a friendly, kind and hard working individual who displays the company values every day as he goes about his work. Callum was also recently nominated and voted as the WA Employee of the Quarter which was supported unanimously by his peers.
Our third place winner is Caleb Beadnell from the Brisbane office. Caleb demonstrates all the key attributes we look for in an apprentice within Precise Air.
